Ocean City, Maryland ft. Philadelphia

June 19th, 2016 -- July 3rd, 2016

I have been traveling to Ocean City for as long as I can remember.  I can remember the scary moments of the 'Ripley's Believe It or Not' and the blazing memories of the cold ocean as I swam on a hot day.  However, this trip was quite different from my past trips as I decided to blog a bit of it!
What is this?
This new part of my blog is going to include little pictures and descriptions of the places that I have been.  Whether the place is a train ride away or an hours drive, this "Travel" section of my blog is going to be PRETTY LIT!  Although not every aspect of the trip will be documented (as I still want to have fun without worrying about taking pictures at every location) this is going to be a pretty fun ride.

Let's get started...

Our hotel was right by the beach and so I felt an obligation to take some sick sunset pics to remember,

Right across the street from the hotel was this little froyo place called 'Sweet Frog.'

The pastel colors immediately drew me in and I hadn't had some froyo in a long time so I was ready for a tasty snack!

Review!

Decor:
pastel colors is a major YES YES YES
> they had the perfect white tables for the best froyo pic

Food:
> amazing choices (20+)
[selections included many different yogurt flavors and an obscene amount of toppings]
> the only flaw i found was that I did not particularly like how they used styrofoam (It's 2016 dude we care about the environment now!)

< Guess which one was mine :) >

BTS: I took these two pics while standing on a chair (I'm extra and I love it lol)

BTS: took this picture as I was leaning on a thin railing into the parking lot (almost died for the pic but it's always worth it, unless you actually die then we should retalk about this saying)

After a couple of days of hanging out by the pool and tanning on the hammocks (I currently have a nice tan but also a really mean sun burn) and going to the beach, occasionally, we decided to head to the Ocean City boardwalk.  The main reason we came was so I can film my latest video [you can check that out here! ]  I never actually made it to the boardwalk rides (as it was so packed, however I did film there a few months ago and you can check that out here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUwzdgKvd1w)

BTS:
While taking these pictures some lady heard us (my mother and I) struggling, as we were working with a new camera lens, and she offered to help us.  That was super nice and just helped show to my mother and myself how silly we were being by arguing about the focusing of the camera.

After we hung out at that boardwalk, we decided to hit the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.  At Rehoboth Beach there was this lane labeled 'Penny Lane.'  It's a little strip with the cutest greenery, the tastiest crepes, the freshest lemonade and the trendiest stores.  This is possibly one of my favorite spots as it is one of the best places but comes without the tourist negatives.  If there was an ally as adorable as this in NYC, everyone knows it would just smell like garbage and would only lead to unnecessary vermin :( YUCK

At the end of the strip there was this lemonade place and it not only had the cutest accents of color, it also included some of the best lemonade.  HOWEVER, there was also various drinks and ice creams available.  Totally check it out!

NOW SOME PICS OF MEEE

(If you want cute hairstyles like these, go check it out at this link of my new video!)

On the drive to Philadelphia the fam stopped by this random farm that was totally spontaneous.
We ate some chicken, petted some animals, took some pics and just had a fun time :)

(The animals were so cute that i really hoped the chicken we were eating wasn't actually those animals)

(Can't go to a farm without taking that cardboard cut-out pic)

BTS: my mother lowkey wanted to steal the whole set up the farm had created (the white gates and all!)

Decided to workout my new Converse on this farm visit, except now they have every kind of animal poo on the bottom.  The lengths I go through to pet a bunny :)

When we arrived at Philadelphia, we decided to stop by UPenn as I'm heading for my Junior Year and colleges are soon gonna be an ally I have to be walking through.

Then we stopped by this great Philly Cheesesteak place called 'Abners,' although I have no pics of it, I'm sure yelp has been checking out that place for years.  It's not a cute place but it is the most delicious.

Hope you enjoyed my first "Travel Blog!"
